Carbon Conductive Paste LT-210
Carbon Conductive Paste LT-210
Description
LT-210 is a low temperature carbon conductive paste for screen printing, specially designed for the membrane switches.
Substrates
It can be printed on substrate of PC, PET, PVC, PU film, EL panel, ITO film, and paper.
Typical Application
Membrane Switches
Printed Circuits
Screen Types
Polyester 250~300 mesh
Typical Cure Conditions
130℃ for 5~15 minutes;
Thinner
The paste composition is optimized for screen printing and thinner is not normally required. Use the LEAL recommended thinner for slight adjustments to viscosity or to replace evaporation losses. If thinner added, please stir it fully.
Remark: The typical properties for LT-210 is based on specific controlled experiments in our labs (printing performance of 300 polyester screen mesh on PET substrate) and are not intended to represent the product specifications, details of which are available upon request.

Printing
Printing should be carried out in a clean, well-ventilated area. It should be guarantee that the printing room temperature remains 25±2℃ during printing. The paste should be stirred fully before printing (about 10 minutes).
Delivery and Storage
During transportation and storage should protect against the tide and contamination. Containers may be stored in a clean, dry and stable shady and cold environment, with their lids tightly sealed. The used material should be collected and sealed up alone. Don’t mix with other untapped material.
